Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.

Maintain accurate records through data entry and general clerical support.

Assist with financial administration and documentation using QuickBooks (training can be provided if needed).

Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, demonstrating flexibility and a “can-do” attitude.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is essential.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation.

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively.

A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 8 per week
