This position serves as the administrative support for the Senior Director, Operational Directors, and Associate Directors of Rehabilitation Services across Health System to provide Fiscal management and to oversee and manage department financial activity. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for submitting travel and expense reports according to university policy and educating the department on fiscal standards and responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will serve on and develop materials for multiple Rehabilitation committees such as: Clinical Ladder, Leadership Development, Professional Development, Policy, and CARF and will develop and maintain organizational charts for Rehabilitation Services via Microsoft Visio.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Experience providing administrative support to a team, ideally supporting multiple leaders (e.g., 3 Directors and 23 Associate Directors).
Strong calendar management skills, including scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders.
Experience with vendor management, including assisting with administrative tasks and communications.
Experience with invoicing and purchasing order management.
Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
