Join Our Store Cleaning Team!

As a valued member of our store cleaning team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. Your daily tasks will focus on efficient cleaning practices and supporting operational processes to enhance our customers' shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, in accordance with Kohl's best practices and standards.

Utilize only approved cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, placing orders to replenish stock as needed, and ensuring proper storage and rotation.

Complete required training on equipment and cleaning protocols to maintain safety standards.

Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment as per company guidelines.

Leverage Kohl's technology and tools for effective planning and communication with the store team.

Assist the operations team with product receipt and processing, stockroom operations, and omnichannel fulfillment when required.

Engage positively with customers by greeting them and offering assistance with our products and services.

Skills You Bring:

Required:

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

No prior retail experience required.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

Experience in retail or client-facing service industries.

Compensation: Starting pay is $12.50.
