Project Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Location: Cleveland/Hybrid (with occasional travel)
Position Overview
NSC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to support internal initiatives and the Executive Team. This hybrid role combines project coordination, administrative support, and cross-functional communication to help keep the organization running smoothly. The ideal candidate excels at managing details, following up on deliverables, and ensuring projects and daily operations stay on track in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support internal projects in partnership with the Sr. Project Manager and Executive Assistant.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure progress and accountability.
Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, and follow up on next steps.
Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Support scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination for the Executive Team.
Assist with planning and executing meetings, events, and internal communications.
Maintain accurate records, files, and shared resources.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support team initiatives.
Help standardize processes, templates, and documentation across projects.
Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence and preparing materials.
Offer flexible support outside of standard hours when business needs require it.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a project coordinator, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience using project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint) a plus.
Detail-oriented and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment while staying highly responsive.
Event planning experience is a plus.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for meetings or events.
