Job Summary:

Summarize the job description for our client: The Expert Customer Service Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for customers and company representatives, addressing pre-sales and post-sales service needs via multiple communication platforms. This role is responsible for managing the entire returns process, from receiving requests to updating databases and handling all related documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while maintaining accurate inventory and service records. The position includes night/US shift work and requires a candidate with over 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, ready to handle complex customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct interaction with customers and company representatives across various platforms to address pre-sales and post-sales inquiries.

Efficiently manage and document returns (RMA), exchanges, and service requests, updating relevant databases and schedules.

Record and report on the status of returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery timelines.

Organize service information by ensuring documents/forms are accurately sorted and filed.

Resolve return credit issues and handle requests for additional information or company materials.

Must-Have Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in database management and documentation.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, particularly in post-sales support, is essential. Knowledge or experience in the retail or technology domain would be beneficial. ABOUT AKRAYA
