Your Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough home inspections (from attic to crawl space)

Build trust by clearly communicating your findings and recommending optimal treatment options

Close sales by showcasing the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services

Manage appointments and follow-ups using a company-provided iPad

Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and capitalize on leads and self-generated opportunities

Represent Orkin professionally and with integrity throughout the entire process

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid)

Must safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary
