A respected and growing OBGYN practice in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a full-time Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join their dynamic team on the city s desirable east side just minutes from Easton Town Center and some of the best amenities Columbus has to offer.

Why You ll Love This Opportunity: * Full-Time, Hospital-Employed Role with guaranteed salary and immediate bonus potential * Strategic Location between two major hospitals with Level III NICUs and MFM support * Balanced schedule: 3 3.5 clinic days + 1 OR day per week * Shared Call Rotation: 1:4 1:5, with 1:3 midwife support * Robotic Surgery Encouraged state-of-the-art tech and support for procedural growth * Optional teaching opportunity with OBGYN residents (not required) What You ll Do: * Deliver comprehensive obstetric care * Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries * Work closely with a collaborative and supportive provider team * Participate in call rotation while living within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals Perks & Compensation: * $285,000 Base Salary with immediate productivity bonus potential * Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus, loan repayment, or a 50/50 split of both * Relocation assistance available * $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days * 27 PTO days annually (with rollover) * Full benefits starting Day 1 + PSLF eligibility (501c3 organization) Ideal Candidate: * BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology * Ohio license OR Willing to Obtain * Clean malpractice - Required Live & Work in Columbus, OH One of the Nation s Best Cities to Raise a Family!
