Leads resource planning across divisional units, acting as a trusted advisor who anticipates potential risks, gaps, and opportunities.

Cultivates strong partnerships through proactive communication of trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate initiatives or business changes that may influence volume or staffing, determining resulting workforce requirements.

Builds and maintains accurate volume forecasts for contact centers or processing operations using advanced statistical and analytical techniques.

Monitors key staffing driversvolume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancyidentifying variances and recommending corrective actions to maintain performance.
