Mentor junior staff to ensure adherence to procurement guidelines and best practices.

Review and process purchase orders and requisitions accurately and efficiently.

Evaluate supplier performance and assist in maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and assist in negotiating terms and pricing with vendors.

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse staff, and perform monthly inventory audits.

Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure procurement systems are up to date.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve delays and address inconsistencies.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative materials.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, corporate guidelines, and internal controls.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the procurement team and organizational objectives.
