Required Qualifications

Licensure: Active RN license in Ohio or compact state

Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year hematology/oncology experience

Certification:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certification

Skills:

Administration of chemotherapy and blood products

Central line/port care and management

IV therapy and infusion management

Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation

Care of patients with hematologic malignancies and oncologic emergencies
