RN Med Surg / Medical Stroke (Travel) Client: Wellstar Spaulding Regional Hospital Location: Griffin, GA 30224 Job ID: 14761 Bill Rate: $60.00/hr Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights (7p 7a) Weekly Hours: 36 Daily Hours: 12 Shifts per Week: 3 Job Description The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care.

This role collaborates with licensed and unlicensed caregivers to ensure individualized care for patients, families, and significant others.

The clinical environment is supported by Nurse Managers and guided by the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, evidence-based practice, and research.

RNs are expected to practice in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and uphold the ANA Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics.

As part of the patient services team, the RN advocates for patients while adhering to system policies, procedures, and service excellence goals.
