We’re looking for a Material Handler who shares our dedication to efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Position Summary The Material Handler plays a vital role in our production process—responsible for moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the shop to ensure operations run smoothly.
This position supports production by maintaining proper material flow, assisting with inventory, and keeping the workspace safe and organized.
Key Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and move raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Stage materials for production according to schedules and work orders.
Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming materials to verify quality and accuracy.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized to maintain workflow efficiency.
Support shipping and packaging operations as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, and shipping departments.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred (metal fabrication experience a plus). Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet throughout the shift.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
