Responsibilities:
Develop production plans and schedules aligned with sales forecasts and targets.
Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement teams.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, or changes in demand.
Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Maintain records of production plans, capacity utilization, and inventory.
Support new product launches and promotional activities
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG.
Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
