Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Manage production resources—including manpower, materials, and equipment—to ensure efficient and stable manufacturing operations.
• Maintain, analyze, and validate production data using MES systems for accuracy and performance improvement.
• Develop and communicate production plans based on inventory levels, capacity constraints, and customer forecasts.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production, material, and equipment issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, CI (Continuous Improvement), and 5S methodologies.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (output, downtime, yield, and cost efficiency).
• Support preventive maintenance planning and collaborate with technical teams to enhance equipment reliability.
• Participate in new product introductions, process validation, and production readiness activities.
• Prepare production, performance, and cost reports for management review and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional departments to share best practices and support improvement projects.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in production management for automotive parts manufacturing.
