Application Developer

SRK Systems, Inc. is an IT firm engaged in the business of providing data processing consulting services to major corporations, government agencies and other business concerns throughout the United States.

SRK Systems Inc. has an opening for the position of Application Developer.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and develop applications using the Microsoft technology stack and Azure cloud platform to support passengers and internal airport stakeholders.

• Build, enhance, and support enterprise applications using .NET Framework, C#, MVC, REST APIs, Web Services, and Entity Framework to address complex business needs.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, and React.

• Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server back-end components, including tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, and complex queries for application functionality and reporting.

• Interpret business and user requirements and actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and customization.

• Perform unit testing using NUnit; debug, optimize, and enhance application performance; and manage source control and deployments using GitHub, Azure Repos, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Provide day-to-day operational support for in-house and COTS airport applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, and timely resolution of incidents.

• Troubleshoot application, database, and performance issues; collaborate with internal teams and vendors; and execute deployments, patches, and configuration changes in compliance with IT and security standards.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell/Windows), document operational procedures and configurations, ensure PCI DSS and security compliance, and deliver responsive, professional customer support to airport stakeholders.

Required travel to client locations throughout the USA.
