Role Overview
This leadership role will head the Sales & Marketing function across India, driving business growth, market expansion, and profitability. The position involves developing channel networks, managing a large field team, launching new products, and building a strong, performance-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national sales and marketing operations for fertilizers, agrochemicals, and allied products.
Drive market expansion, develop multi-state distribution and dealer networks, and ensure strong market penetration.
Plan and execute strategies for revenue growth, P&L management, and brand positioning.
Oversee product portfolio strategy, new product introductions, and marketing campaigns.
Build, mentor, and lead a large sales and marketing team across multiple regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A results-driven marketing leader with 15–18 years of experience in Fertilizer, Agrochemical, or Specialty Chemical industries, proven expertise in multi-state distribution, channel sales, and P&L ownership. Strong in strategic planning, team leadership, and business scaling across geographies.
Qualifications & Requirements
MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and execution orientation
Willingness to relocate to Indore and lead nationwide operations
