About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager (Demand Generation Expert) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive qualified leads for our IT Software Services business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and event/webinar management, along with experience nurturing leads through multi-channel engagement strategies.

You will be responsible for owning the marketing funnel end-to-end — from strategy and campaign design to performance measurement and optimization — while leading a dynamic team that collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on high-quality lead generation and conversion.

Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), and content marketing.

Own and deliver on lead generation targets, ensuring steady pipeline growth.

Drive organic traffic and brand visibility through advanced SEO, content marketing, and backlink strategies.

Plan, promote, and manage webinars, events, and workshops to engage target audiences and accelerate lead nurturing.

Build and execute email marketing and automation campaigns for lead nurturing, product launches, and retention.

Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals.

Manage marketing budgets, vendor/agency relationships, and continuously identify process improvements.

Lead, mentor, and upskill a growing marketing team toward performance excellence.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or demand generation role.

Proven experience in developing and scaling lead generation programs that deliver measurable results.

Deep expertise in SEO/organic growth, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.

Proven success in event/webinar strategy and execution for B2B audiences.

Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and segmentation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, SFMC, or similar).

Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Data Studio.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Experience in the IT Software Services industry (AI, Data, QA, Software Development, Cybersecurity) preferred.
