Purpose of the position

Hiab is looking for a driven and experienced salesman to join our team in Denmark. As sales executive for Zepro you are responsible for our sales and results of our Zepro equipment portfolio. You will work closely with your colleagues across the borders in other Hiab locations and report to our Sales Business Lead for Zepro.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Hunt and develop end customer relationships

Active development of dealer relationships and manage dealer relationships

Drive Zepro sales in the region

Be the expert for Hiab and customers within Zepro sales

Responsible to drive market related actions to increase market share

Collect and develop key market insights, e.g. market share, customer needs and market trends

Actively participate in work together with the division to improve our market share in the region

The organisational knowhow in working with sales

Experience from working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education

-Relevant sales education

Competence and skills

-Minimum of 5 years of experience of sales in the industry

-Ability to work in an international business environment/in a matrix organization

-The knowledge to build and strengthen sales in B2B

-Great structural skills and experience from working with CRM systems such as Sales Force

-Proven ability to drive and develop equipment business sales and profitability

-Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships

-Results and achievement driven and eager to create long term relationships

-High integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Strong business mind-set

-Good technical skills and product knowledge

-Curious and eager to develop

-Competitive and “hunter” type sales

-Eager to make “a difference

Language skills

-Fluent in English

-Fluent in Danish

License/Certificate

-Driver’s license, class B or higher
