Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Manager of Investor Relations job in Oxford, CT. In this role, you will ensure the client is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders. You will create a compelling investor relations roadmap for the next five years and develop a robust equity research following comprised of tier I, II, and III equity analysts. Success in this role requires collaboration, communication, leadership, and vision.
Manager of Investor Relations Job responsibilities:
Develop investor confidence and belief in the Company’s vision and strategy for delivering long term shareholder value
Gain a strong understanding of the Company’s operations, products, markets, competitors and work with Senior Management Team to develop our Value Proposition
Prepare quarterly scripts for the Senior Management Team to communicate the quarterly results and future vision to the Street
Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
Provide insights on market activity, financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues and present them to the leadership team
Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls including prepare earnings press release, senior management scripts for the call and follow up post calls with the top ten investors and equity analyst
Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters and messaging
Assist in communicating the Vision in the Company’s 10-k, 10Q, press releases, proxy statements and website
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in communicating business results.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to carefully manage relationships outside of the Company in the equity research and investor community
