Job Description
The Retail Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations including building maintenance, infrastructure upgrade projects and work order completion for Rally House corporate office and multiple store locations. This position will be responsible for development of maintenance/deferred maintenance priorities and oversight of contracted services. The Facilities Manager will lead a small team in timely responses to requests from stores. This position is responsible for implementing preventative measures and routine maintenance to reduce liability and expenses.
Responsibilities- Effectively manage the daily operations of the corporate office and store support team, coordinating multiple facilities and construction projects while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce overall operating costs
- Develop and increase the facility coordinators productivity by working closely with them to create process improvement and expectations for project completion
- Assist with the development and implementation of annual safety management plans for the locations assigned
- Direct contract workers engaged in maintaining lawns/landscaping/housekeeping tasks
- Manage multiple construction projects as needed, including new build outs as well as existing remodels by keeping contractors on budget, designing and ensuring timelines are met
- Requisition needed tools, equipment and supplies
- Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications
- Inspect or direct inspection of premises to test alarm systems, fire extinguishers and other safety equipment, and to detect safety hazards
- Capable of completing day-to-day routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Directly supervise team members by setting the tone for the team environment and providing coaching, training, mentoring and evaluation
- Partners with field Project Managers as needed
- Complete and track contracts, invoices, submittals and estimates
- Provide timely project status updates to key stakeholders
- Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure that the best process is implemented, and resources needed are aligned

Qualifications
Must be available to serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours emergency support; Facility Management Certification preferred, (FMP, CFM, FMC, FMA); Bachelor degree in construction, project management or related field required; minimum 5 years facility experience performing a variety of project management, construction, maintenance, safety and security activities; minimum 3 years supervisory experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus in Excel; knowledgeable of construction processes, building codes and regulations.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel up to 10% as needed.
Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
