Summary:
Maintain the overall functionality and appearance of the apartment community
Diagnose and repair issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
Complete service requests and unit turns within established timelines
Support ongoing property maintenance needs and seasonal tasks
Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Responsibilities:
Perform residential service repairs in a timely and professional manner
Prioritize and complete work orders within a 48-hour goal
Maintain grounds and handle seasonal upkeep such as snow removal or watering flowers
Complete unit make-ready punch outs within 5 business days
Conduct building exterior checks and perform preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate maintenance logs (pool logs, snow logs, safety equipment)
Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and properly stocked
Participate in the maintenance on-call rotation
Complete other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of residential maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license
Experience with residential appliances, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to pass an MVR check, background check, and drug test
HVAC/EPA certification preferred
