Responsibilitiesarrow_right * Drive sales by promoting a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers * Communicate product launches, pricing updates, and value propositions effectively * Develop and manage lead generation strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline * Set and achieve team sales targets; provide informal leadership and guidance to junior staff * Manage a mid-sized domestic territory or account with autonomy * Build deep expertise in business, financials, market trends, and customer needs * Lead small sales teams on a project basis to meet client-specific goals * Negotiate product/service terms and manage account strategy independently * Handle complex sales processes and large accounts; may serve as team lead Qualificationsarrow_right * 5 to 10 years of experience within account management * Experience with rotating equipment/mechanical seals, or pumps.

* Driven, motivated, detailed, and self-sufficient.

* BSME or equivalent engineering degree is preferred.
