Account Payable Specialist

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (DOE)

Location: Heber Springs, AR

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.

Process vendor payments in a timely manner.

Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.

Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payment processing.

Support tax compliance and reporting related to accounts payable activities.

Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting related to accounts payable.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
