What you'll be doing:

Offering hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to help the team deliver at pace without compromising on quality or platform resilience

Partnering with product and engineering leads to shape the direction and evolution of key financial services capabilities

Contributing to the codebase when needed to help the team stay on track with delivery goals

Carrying out thoughtful code reviews to uphold standards and support team growth

Helping define and execute the team’s technical roadmap in collaboration with leadership

Encouraging sound engineering practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes

Supporting architectural decisions, reviewing design proposals and advocating for scalable, forward-thinking solutions

Collaborating with senior engineers across the platform space to influence architecture across payment services and supporting infrastructure
