GREENFIELD TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME

Scope:

Enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation — spanning Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Engagement (CE) .

The Mission:

Lead the design and delivery of a greenfield D365 transformation, creating a fully connected business across Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience.

Drive automation, improve visibility, and enable smarter, data-led decision-making.

The Role:

Lead end-to-end programme delivery across D365 F&O, SCM & CE

Align technology, process, and people strategies to ensure adoption and value realisation

Govern multi-phase delivery and stakeholder alignment across business functions

Collaborate with leadership, delivery partners, and SMEs to embed change effectively

Ideal Profile:

Proven experience delivering large-scale D365 F&O / SCM / CE transformations

Strong grasp of ERP strategy, governance, and integration

Skilled in stakeholder management and organisational change

Confident leading complex, multi-stream programmes in fast-moving environments
