Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with a successful Doncaster-based manufacturer who specialise in the draining industry are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their friendly and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Key Customer Accounts, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while contributing to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Be the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Liaise daily with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and service delivery.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
Maintain and update customer and sales records accurately
Assist in preparing sales reports, documents, and presentations
Use software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and NetSuite/Web Control
Prioritise and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines
Input and manage data efficiently, ensuring accuracy across all systems
Continuously look for ways to improve internal processes and the customer journey.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or an internal sales role
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management and communication abilities
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
