Assist incoming clients and incoming phone calls.
Candidate must be able to generate appointments and 12-15 sales per month through floor traffic, email, phone calls, text messages, etc.
Be available to respond to clients via email, phone, and text in a professional, well-spoken manner.
Quotes pricing, rates, and automobile availability to clients.
Understands and implements the dealership sales process (training provided).
Learn product knowledge on the current model line and become a certified product representative.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The willingness to continually follow up with clients.
Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
Weekends are required
