Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medicaid Billing Specialist to join their Revenue Cycle Management team. This person will focus on Medicaid-related billing and claims functions while supporting various reporting and data management tasks in Excel. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and ensuring accuracy across billing and claims processes. Training will be provided for specific claim entry and collection workflows.

Core Responsibilities

Support the Medicaid billing and claims process, including submissions, collections, and denials.

Assist the RCM team with claim entries, reporting, and reconciliation.

Analyze and maintain accurate records in Excel, generating reports and tracking billing progress.

Collaborate closely with Michael and the broader finance team to ensure timely and accurate Medicaid-related reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong Excel skills able to confidently manage data, perform lookups, and build reports.

Detail-oriented and organized; accuracy is critical.

Medicaid billing or healthcare claims experience strongly preferred.
