We're looking for a Project Manager & Estimator who can lead complex residential projects from initial concept and pricing through to final delivery, balancing budgets, schedules, and client experience with the highest standard of quality.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll manage high-end renovation projects from the first client meeting through completion, scoping, estimating, scheduling, coordinating trades, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors.

You'll be the key bridge between design, estimating, and field execution, ensuring every project stays on time, on budget, and aligned with Holleford Homes' commitment to craftsmanship and clear communication.

Compensation & Perks

$35-$42/hour depending on experience

What You'll Be Responsible For

Managing multiple high-end renovation projects from start to finish

Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify opportunities and risks

Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and trades

Serving as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and designers

Tracking project progress, change orders, and financial performance

Ensuring all work meets Holleford Homes' quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards

Anticipating issues, troubleshooting challenges, and creating effective solutions

Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders

Ensuring seamless handoffs between estimating, field teams, and clients

Key Objectives for Success

90% or more of projects delivered on time and on budget

5-star client satisfaction scores based on communication and quality

Accurate estimates within 5% variance from final costs

Clear project documentation and proactive communication with all parties

Positive feedback from trades, clients, and team on leadership and organization

Have 10 or more years in residential construction, with deep experience in high-end custom homes

Balance strong technical expertise with professionalism and client service

Are fluent in reading and interpreting architectural drawings

Requirements

10 or more years of experience in residential construction or renovations

Proven track record in project management and estimating

Experience using Buildertrend, Procore, or JobTread (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project budgeting tools (preferred)

Strong understanding of building codes, permits, and safety regulations

Valid driver's license

WHMIS, First Aid, and Fall Protection (or willingness to obtain)
