Overview We are hiring on behalf of our client, Fallow Gould LLP, a boutique estates law firm offering expertise in all aspects of planning, administration, and litigation.

We are looking for our next exceptional team member who is a law clerk/legal assistant with a learning mindset.

Job Responsibilities Wills Manage client onboarding process Prepare estate planning documents and reporting Liaise with clients and lawyer for required revisions, as appropriate Witness will signings Scan and verify all estate planning documents after execution Signing meeting follow up, including copies to client Store digital estate planning documents Estates Prepare basic Certificate of Appointment applications (using Bequest), related affidavits, estate information returns, notices to creditors, final reporting letters Liaise with staff members to ensure timely completion of tasks Communicate directly with clients to gather any additional information required Relief Receptionist Answer phones, redirect calls, and take messages for all firm members to support the main receptionist Schedule appointments for partners and manage general inquiries via phone, email, and in person Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and maintain client confidentiality Coordinate mail and courier deliveries on limited basis Benefits: Competitive Salary Opportunities for Professional Development Paid time off Education: DCS / DEC (preferred) Experience: wills and estates: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site in a collaborative office environment, with potential for some remote work Join the team at Fallow Gould LLP and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients navigating the complexities of estate planning and administration.
