Corporate Accounting Manager

We (Our Client) are one of the leading Information Services firm in USA.

Are you ready to lead our Clients' next generation Corp. Accounting platform ?

If yes, then below are some of your major responsibilities.

* Oversee the corporate consolidation including International locations in China, UK and Canada.

* Review & evaluate monthly financial packages submitted by the various divisions to the corporate office.

* Lead the coordination and preparation of financial schedules for the auditor’s quarterly reviews and annual audit.

* Develop and revise operating procedures.

We would love to hear from you if :

* You have a Bachelor's degree.

* You have over 5 years of Accounting and Accounting management experience.

* You are proficient in SOX compliance & GAAP.
