1. Role Overview: Seeking a highly skilled Power BI Architect to work closely with our Enterprise Data team to maintain, develop, and modernize our Analytics platform. The role involves creating data-rich dashboards, complex models, and implementing row-level security, with a focus on financial analytics and P&C Insurance domain. 2. Experience: 3-5 years in software development and architecture design. 3. Mandatory Skills: - Expert level in Power BI - Strong SQL and DAX abilities - Experience with Microsoft BI stack - Data analysis skills - Experience with Cloud platforms (especially Azure) and Big Data platforms (especially Snowflake) 4. Secondary Skills: - Scripting languages (R, Python) - Experience with custom visuals, dynamic reporting, and best practices data modeling - Understanding of Power BI Service and full suite of Power BI products (Report Builder, Reporting Services) 5. Good-to-Have Skills: - Knowledge of Cognos, SSAS - Experience in the P&C Insurance domain or Financial Services industry - Power BI Admin functions
