1) Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years of software/computer engineering experience.2)Prior experience in software quality assurance technical testing in Voice Contact Center technologies (Voice, IVR, Call Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop).3)Experience with Cyara tool and Genesys Contact Center technology

Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts for Contact Center applications using Cyara.2) Plan and define test strategies, create test cases, and perform manual/automated testing.3) Collaborate with project teams to understand project architecture and business requirements.4) Analyze and validate defect leakages, ensuring application quality and performance.5) Communicate with QA Lead, Dev Lead, and Technical Managers about project activities.6)Design and develop scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation test frameworks.7)Continuously improve testing efficiency and effectiveness through innovative QA practices.
