Part time ongoing schedule Monday - Friday

Hours 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm with unpaid lunch

18 - 25 patients per day

Well and sick visits required

ADD/ADHD experience preferred but not required

Flexibility highly preferred

Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses

Assignment details and time entry in online portal
