? 2+ years of experience in guiding the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity ? Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively? Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a multi-priority environment with demanding timelines? Strong and effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills? Ability to pay attention to detail and quality? Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodology? Collaborates with project team member and customer during development process. ? Contributes to project planning, design, and estimating activities.

Essential Skills:

2-7 years of experience in Guidewire product suite Policy Center development. Should have good exposure withGW integrating with Kafka. Good knowledge in GW Claim Center

Desirable Skills:

Hands-On experience on Claims Center GW product suite - Forms Configuration, Availability Framework development, product model configuration and GOSU Script development. Hands on experience integrating Kafka with GW PC and GW CC.
