Job Description

Create Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft tailored therapy approaches that facilitate their functional goals.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported interventions to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities.

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, well-rounded care.

Coach Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and families regarding therapy methods to promote continuous improvement at home.

Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust strategies as needed, ensuring patients remain on track. Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required Skills
