Why we need you?

We are looking for a professional who supports the Director, Change Management Programs in providing consultative change management leadership to large change management program

We would love to hear from you if you have :

Bachelor's degree

5-10 years of OD/Change Management

Experience leading change management for a large scale ERP implementation

It would be great if you have:

Master's degree

Experience leading change management for a large scale Workday implementation

Experience leading OCM initiatives in a matrixed organization

Experience leading OCM initiatives as an internal OCM consultant

Here are some of what you’ll be doing :

provide consultative change management leadership to large change management program portfolios.

Lead the change management work with our ERP implementation from PeopleSoft to Workday.
