Job Description:

The Superintendent oversees all field operations for construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role coordinates daily activities of subcontractors, manages site logistics, and enforces quality control standards. The Superintendent leads jobsite safety efforts, conducts inspections, and collaborates closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to maintain smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule all field personnel and subcontractors.

Manage daily job-site operations, including safety, quality, and production.

Interpret and enforce plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

Oversee layout, framing, MEP rough-ins, and finish work specific to wood-frame structures.

Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.

Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and safety reports. The Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or similar wood-framed projects.

Strong understanding of framing systems, building codes, and sequencing.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
