Description

Conduct thorough patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility and regulatory standards

Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to enhance the coordination of care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited program Certifications

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification is a preferred asset
