Application Processing and Imaging Technician I

Location: Remote (Based out of Ohio)

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multi-task assignments? Join our team as an Application Processing and Imaging Technician I, where you'll play a critical role in our operational processes, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of underwriting submissions and document indexing.

Key Responsibilities:

Quote Clearance: Prepare submissions for underwriting review, including conducting Internet searches and utilizing multiple websites within established metric guidelines.

Document Imaging: Index emails, policies, and other correspondence to the appropriate document type and route tasks to the correct department or individual.

Renewals: Set up files and complete the necessary triage process for policy renewals.

Assist team and department leadership with additional duties as required. Performance Goals:

Maintain production metrics of 1.0 or better.

Achieve a quality level exceeding 98% in weekly quality control evaluations.

Complete essential industry training, including Ethics 311 and Insurance Essentials.

Work toward obtaining the AINS Designation. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong computer skills, including typing and data entry proficiency.

Excellent research skills for locating policy, quote, or claim files.

Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and flexibility in handling procedural changes.

Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
