What You'll Be Doing

Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and craft personalized therapeutic strategies to help them achieve newfound levels of independence

Implement Targeted Interventions: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills

Collaborate with Multi-Dimensional Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure that every patient receives comprehensive, all-encompassing care

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic methodologies to maintain progress in their home environment

Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches accordingly, ensuring patients stay focused and engaged in their recovery journey Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications are encouraged and financially supported Certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills

A deep-seated passion for uplifting individuals and an intrinsic motivation to help others achieve optimal independence

Excellent, empathetic communication skills for interactions with both patients and team members
