Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for packing products, labeling, and taping items to prepare them for shipping.

Responsibilities

Efficiently pack products to ensure safe transport.

Label and tape items accurately for shipping.

Utilize RF scanners for inventory and order picking.

Essential Skills

Proficiency with RF Scanners.

Previous warehouse experience.

Ability to handle materials, including lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing between 40-70 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to read and write in English.

Preferred experience with computers and scanning equipment.

Capability to work independently and solve problems.

Willingness to work weekday and weekend overtime as required.

Work Environment

The role is located in a distribution center for scientific equipment, primarily serving schools, hospitals, and medical labs. The facility is composed of a team of 100-120 people, divided into receiving, picking, and shipping teams. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Employees are expected to adhere to a casual dress code suitable for a warehouse environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
