The role requires:
Guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices, and develop understanding of Agile principles.
Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and
Sprint commitments.
Assist with Agile related routines (including but not limited to Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning,
Retrospectives) and support the active management and disposition of decisions, issues and risks. This
facilitation is expected to leverage core Client tools, including SharePoint, JIRA, etc.
Understand and make connections throughout the Enterprise Credit Risk technology process to ensure
roadblocks and impediments are removed.
Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the team to identify
improvement opportunities.
Represent the application development team in various Agile, governance and status related forums.
Support application development teams with Enterprise Change methodology, processes, deliverables, etc.
Required Skills and Experience we are looking for:
Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, facilitation and influencing skills
Agile Scrum/Kanban knowledge and experience advanced proficiency
Expertise in traditional SDLC methods and change management standards
Analytical experience - ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution,
risk mitigation and avoidance
Skilled experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (JIRA), Client Office. Intermediate Word.
