Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm CST
Pay: $16-$18/ hr. depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for inbound/outbound calls
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and resolutions
Process customer payments (ACH, credit card, deposits)
Maintain accurate records in our systems and databases
Collaborate with internal teams to finalize paperwork and approve projects
Use T-Mobile Dialpad to manage daily call flow Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You Bring
1-3 years of phone-based customer service or administrative experience
1-3 years working in a professional office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
Strong communication skills, a friendly and upbeat attitude, and the ability to multitask like a pro Benefits
