CNA - travel contract Southern CA - Pay Rate

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Assistant (CNA) - C.N.A - CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT ~ CONTRACT

Location: Torrance CA

Number of positions: 5+

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Jan. 30, 2017

Shift: 3pm to 11pm (PM Shift)

Schedule: 4 shifts in a row with 2 shifts off

Experience: 2 + years in Skilled Care Long-term Care

Pay Rate: $17 hr

REQUIREMENTS

• C.N.A- CA - license in good standing

• 2 years of current acute care sub-acute care Rehab LTC experience

• BLS- current

• 2- Current- clinical references

• Current - Physical (within-12 months)

• Current - PPD (within- 12 months)

• Vaccinations Titers- MMR Varicella Hep B

• Tdap and Flu vaccine - current

• Must be able to pass a back ground screening

• Must be able to pass urine drug testing
