Job Description

The looking skilled Integration Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of automated onboarding and offboarding workflows between Oracle Fusion Cloud, Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365 (M365), via ManageEngine ADManager Plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity and access management, HRIS integration, and enterprise automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automated user lifecycle management workflows for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding using ADManager Plus.

Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud (HRIS) with AD and M365 environments to ensure accurate and timely provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts and access.

Maintain and enhance ADManager Plus scripts, templates, and policies to support evolving business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration and synchronization issues between systems.

Monitor automation processes and generate compliance and audit reports as required.

Document integration architectures, workflows, and operational procedures. Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in IT systems integration or identity and access management (IAM).

Hands-on experience with ManageEngine ADManager Plus in a production environment.

Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with AD and M365.

Strong understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and user account management best practices.

Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks.

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration middleware tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or IAM platforms.

Experience with identity governance tools or platforms (e.g., Entra, Okta, etc.).

Understanding of HR data structures and workflows within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
