The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years? experience in Voice Technologies- Management of Avaya Aura suite of products including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC, Messaging and integration with Genesys.- Oracle Session Border Controller management- Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing- Genesys Cloud management- Carrier Voice Network Management- Voice Security /Fraud Detection- 3rd Party connectivity managementAdditional Comments:1. This position also is expected to provide after hours and weekend on call support2. Ideally, we would like to find contractors near Columbus Oh that could go into the office 1 to 2 times a week.
