Must-Have** 1. Certified Adobe AEM Architect

2. Very Good knowledge of Java Content Repository (API) suite,Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework

3. Experience in designing solutions

4. Good experience is required on Java, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, XML, Jquery and JSON web technologies.

5. Experience in Integration scenarios

6. Experience with Agile/Scrum Project Implementation

7. Good communication, team work and customer interaction skills

8. Experience with AEM/CQ/DAM upgrades and migrations

9. Designing and Manaing end to end MSM and DevOps architecture

10. Strong on Dispatcher configuration, Workflows, Headless and latest features.

11. Working with Adobe AMS or Cloud service environments

12. Strong in end to end project standard documentation delivery like Design.

13. Technically lead front end and backend team of AEM

14. Onsite and Offshore team coordination with client

Good-to-Have 1. Demonstrated presentation and communication skills

2. Demonstrated ability to use common Java design patterns and a working knowledge of AEM best practice to create custom templates, components and dialogs

3. Demonstrated knowledge of Java development and deployment tools, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Sonar etc. & CICD environment

4. Experience developing systems using Agile methodologies

5. Experience in documenting use cases, system test scripts, and user acceptance test scripts

6. Demonstrated knowledge of Business Analysis modeling tools (e.g. Activity Diagrams, Process Flows, State Diagrams)

1 Lead large scale AEM implementation projects

2 Prepare detailed technical design for various templates, components as well as services layer

3 Effectively communicate architecture and design to clients and rest of the development team

4 Direct technical teams in developing client solutions

5 Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems through in-depth evaluation of variable factors

6 Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals

7 Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
