Role: Java Backend Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Job description:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

You will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.

You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Develop innovative solutions to enhance application performance Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years experience with Full Stack Java Development

Minimum 4 years experience with Spring Boot

Minimum 4 years experience with Microservices

High School Diploma or GED Preferred:

Good to have skills working knowledge of AWS.

Bachelor s or Associate s degree
