Power BI and Tableau Developer /W2 /On-Site

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI and Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and business insights using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform raw data into meaningful visual insights.

Optimize data models and visualization performance for large datasets.

Connect and integrate data from various sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.).

Maintain and improve existing BI reports and dashboards.

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security in visualizations. Required Skills:

Strong experience with Power BI and Tableau (minimum 3 years).

Proficient in BI data visualization principles and best practices.

Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and Tableau calculations.

Familiarity with SQL and data modeling techniques.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills:

Experience with other BI tools or data platforms.

Exposure to cloud BI environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Understanding of Agile methodologies.
